摘要:
目的 探讨精细化护理在异常子宫出血患者中的应用效果及对睡眠质量的影响。方法 选取2020年1月-2023年3月湖口县人民医院收治的60例异常子宫出血患者作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法将其划分为对照组和观察组，各30例。对照组采取常规护理干预，观察组采取精细化护理。比较两组患者的出血量、出血时间、护理满意度、睡眠质量以及生活质量。结果 观察组护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组出血量与出血时间少于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组心理功能、社会功能、物质生活以及躯体功能评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组睡眠质量评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 精细化护理在异常子宫出血患者中的应用效果确切，可以改善患者睡眠质量以及生活质量，提高患者护理满意度，同时减少出血量以及出血时间。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effect of refined nursing in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding and its influence on sleep quality. Methods Sixty patients with abnormal uterine bleeding admitted to Hukou County People’s Hospital during the period from January 2020 to March 2023 were enrolled as the research cohort. Employing the random number table approach, they were randomly allocated into a control group and an observation group, each consisting of 30 patients. The control group received conventional nursing intervention, whereas the observation group was subjected to refined nursing. The amount of bleeding, bleeding time, nursing satisfaction, sleep quality and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction level in the observation group was markedly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). In terms of bleeding - related parameters, both the blood loss amount and bleeding time in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group (P<0.05). Concerning various aspects of quality of life, namely psychological function, social function, material life, and physical function, the scores in the observation group were all substantially higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Additionally, the sleep quality score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of refined nursing in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding is effective, which can improve their sleep quality and quality of life, improve the nursing satisfaction, and reduce the amount of bleeding and bleeding time.
