摘要:
目的 研究阿莫西林联合奥美拉唑治疗胃炎合并胃溃疡的临床效果。方法 采用随机数字表法将2022年1月-2024年4月我院诊治的60例胃炎合并胃溃疡患者分为对照组和观察组，各组30例。对照组采用奥美拉唑治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予阿莫西林治疗，比较两组治疗总有效率、临床症状消失时间、胃肠激素水平、炎性因子水平、不良反应发生率。结果 与对照组治疗总有效率的80.00%相比，观察组治疗总有效率更高，达93.33%（P＜0.05）；与对照组相比，观察组反酸、腹痛、胃灼热感、嗳气消失时间更短，胃泌素（GAS）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）更低，胃动素（MTL）更高（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率（6.67%）与对照组（10.00%）比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 阿莫西林联合奥美拉唑治疗胃炎合并胃溃疡具有良好的效果，可缩短临床症状消失时间，改善胃肠激素水平，减轻炎症因子水平，且不会增加不良反应发生率，是一种有效、安全的联合治疗方案。
Abstract:
Objective To study the clinical effect of amoxicillin combined with omeprazole in the treatment of gastritis with gastric ulcer. Methods Sixty patients with gastritis and gastric ulcer diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2022 to April 2024 were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with omeprazole, and the observation group was treated with amoxicillin on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate, disappearance time of clinical symptoms, gastrointestinal hormone level, inflammatory factor level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with 80.00% of the total effective rate of the control group, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher, reaching 93.33% (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the disappearance time of acid reflux, abdominal pain, heartburn and belching in the observation group was shorter, gastrin (GAS), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) were lower, and motilin (MTL) was higher after treatment (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group (6.67%) and the control group (10.00%) (P>0.05). Conclusion Amoxicillin combined with omeprazole has a good effect in the treatment of gastritis complicated with gastric ulcer, which can shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms, improve the level of gastrointestinal hormones, reduce the level of inflammatory factors, and will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions. It is an effective and safe combined treatment.
