摘要:
目的 探讨二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖在2型糖尿病治疗中的作用及对血清TNF-α、IL-10的影响。方法 按照随机数字表法将2021年1月-2023年12月定南县第一人民医院收治的60例2型糖尿病患者分为研究组（30例）与对照组（30例）。对照组给予盐酸二甲双胍片治疗，研究组在对照组基础上联合阿卡波糖治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血糖指标（空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白）、血脂指标（TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C）、炎症因子指标（CRP、IL-10、TNF-α）。结果 研究组治疗总有效率（96.67%）高于对照组（73.33%）（P＜0.05）；与对照组血糖指标、血脂指标、炎症因子指标比较，研究组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、TG、TC、LDL-C、CRP、TNF-α水平更低，而IL-10、HDL-C水平更高（P＜0.05）。结论 二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖在2型糖尿病治疗中的作用确切，能够改善患者血糖水平及血脂水平，减轻炎症反应，值得临床应用。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of metformin combined with acarbose in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and its effect on serum TNF-α and IL-10. Methods According to the random number table method, 60 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Dingnan County First People’s Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were divided into study group (30 patients) and control group (30 patients). The control group was treated with metformin hydrochloride tablets, and the study group was treated with acarbose on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, blood glucose indexes (fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin), blood lipid indexes (TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C), inflammatory factor indexes (CRP, IL-10, TNF-α) were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group (96.67%) was higher than that in the control group (73.33%) (P<0.05). Compared with the blood glucose index, blood lipid index and inflammatory factor index of the control group, the levels of fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, TG, TC, LDL-C, CRP and TNF-α in the study group were lower after treatment, while the levels of IL-10, HDL-C were higher (P<0.05). Conclusion Metformin combined with acarbose has a definite effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus, which can improve theie blood glucose level and blood lipid level, reduce the inflammatory response. It is worthy of clinical application.
