摘要:
目的 研究心理护理对无痛胃镜患者身心应激反应的影响。方法 应用随机数字表法将2022年2月-2023年2月我院行无痛胃镜检查的58例患者分为对照组（29例）和观察组（29例）。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予心理护理干预，比较两组生理应激反应、心理应激反应、疼痛情况、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果 两组护理后HR和MAP均较护理前升高（P＜0.05），但观察组护理后HR和MAP水平均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组护理后SAS、SDS、BRS-6评分均较护理前降低，且观察组护理后SAS、SDS、BRS-6评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率（6.90%）低于对照组（17.24%）（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度（96.55%）高于对照组（82.76%）（P＜0.05）。结论 心理护理能够有效缓解无痛胃镜检查患者的身心应激反应，减轻疼痛程度，减少并发症发生率，并提升患者对护理服务的满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing on physical and mental stress response in patients with painless gastroscopy. Methods By using the random number table method, 58 patients who underwent painless gastroscopy in our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were divided into control group (29 patients) and observation group (29 patients). In the control group, patients were given routine nursing, while in the observation group, patients were given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The physiological stress response, psychological stress response, pain, complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The HR and MAP of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing (P<0.05), but compared with the control group, the observation group had lower the HR and MAP levels after nursing (P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of SAS, SDS and BRS-6 in the two groups were lower than those before nursing, and compared with the control group, the observation group had lower the scores of SAS, SDS and BRS-6 (P<0.05). A significantly lower incidence of complications was observed in the observation group (6.90%) than that in the control group (17.24%) (P<0.05). A significantly higher nursing satisfaction was observed in the observation group (96.55%) than that in the control group (82.76%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing can effectively alleviate the physical and mental stress response of patients undergoing painless gastroscopy, reduce the degree of pain, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve patients’ satisfaction with nursing services.
