摘要:
随着磁共振成像技术的飞速发展,对阿尔茨海默病的神经影像学研究也越来越深入。其主要目的是通过磁共振影像学特征来识别出早期阿尔茨海默病患者,从而达到早期诊断和治疗的目的。本文就磁共振成像技术包括静息态功能磁共振成像、弥散张量成像及磁共振波谱在阿尔茨海默病的应用进展进行综述。
Abstract:
Abstract:With the rapid development of magnetic resonance imaging technology, neuro imaging research on Alzheimer’s disease is becoming more and more in-depth.Its main purpose is to identify early Alzheimer’s disease patients by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) features,so as to achieve early diagnosis and treatment.This paper reviews the applications of magnetic resonance imaging techniques including resting functional magnetic resonance imaging,diffusion tensor imaging and magnetic resonance spectroscopy in Alzheimer’s disease.
