摘要:
目的 对比大黄、黄连、黄芩三味药联合三联序贯治疗Hp感染与三联治疗Hp的临床疗效。方法 把解放军武汉总医院门诊行14C呼气试验检测Hp为阳性的患者67例，随机分为两组，A组：标准三联组（耐信+克拉霉素+阿莫西林），疗程10 d；B组：先用大黄、黄连、黄芩治疗1周再用标准三联治疗10 d。抗Hp治疗停药4周后复查14C呼气试验。比较各组Hp根除率。结果 A组Hp根除率为51.56%，B组Hp根除率为85.29%，两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 中药大黄、黄连、黄芩联合标准三联序贯治疗Hp感染的根除率高于三联治疗Hp感染。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of rhubarb,Coptis chinensis and Radix Scutellariae in the treatment of HP infection and triple therapy.Methods The PLA Wuhan general hospital outpatient 14C breath test Hp 67 positive patients,randomly divided into two groups,group A:standard triple therapy group(esomeprazole+clarithromycin+amoxicillin),treatment for 10 d;group B: first with rhubarb,Coptis,Scutellaria 1 weeks of treatment with standard triple therapy for 10 d.After 4 weeks of anti Hp treatment,the 14C breath test was rechecked.The eradication rate of Hp was compared in each group.Results The eradication rate of Hp in group A was 51.56%,and the rate of Hp eradication in group B was 85.29%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The eradication rate of Chinese medicine rhubarb,Coptis chinensis and Radix Scutellariae combined standard triple sequential therapy for Hp infection was higher than that of triple therapy for Hp infection.
