摘要:
目的 探讨腰硬联合麻醉在临床产妇分娩过程中的镇痛效果。方法 选取瓦房店第二医院2016年1月~2017年11月收治的136例待产产妇，将其随机分为对照组和试验组，每组68例。试验组产妇在分娩过程中给予腰硬联合麻醉方法，对照组产妇不给予分娩镇痛。将两组产妇的镇痛效果、各产程时间、产后出血情况以及产程中胎儿的胎心率变化进行对比分析，并对新生儿进行Apgar评分。结果 实验组镇痛效果，优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。对照组产程时间、产后出血量、产程中胎儿胎心率变化及新生儿的健康指标与实验组对比，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 腰硬联合麻醉用于产妇的无痛分娩具有良好的临床效果，且安全系数高，值得临床推广。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To explore the analgesic effect of combined spinal epidural anesthesia in the delivery of clinical parturient. Methods From January 2016 to November 2017,136 parturient women in Wafangdian Second Hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 68 cases in each group.In the trial group,the parturient was given combined spinal epidural anesthesia during labor,while in the control group,the labor analgesia was not given.The effect of two groups of parturients,the time of labor,the situation of postpartum hemorrhage and the fetal heart rate changes in the birth process were compared and analyzed,and the Apgar score of the newborns was evaluated.Results The analgesic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the control group's labor time,postpartum hemorrhage,fetal heart rate changes during birth,and neonatal health indicators compared with the experimental group(P>0.05).Conclusion Combined spinal epidural anesthesia for painless childbirth has good clinical effect,and high safety coefficient,worthy of clinical promotion.
