摘要:
目的 探讨玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2015年10月~2017年10月我院收治的膝关节骨性关节炎患者90例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各45例。对照组患者采用复方倍他米松治疗，观察组在此基础上加用玻璃酸钠治疗。观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后炎性因子指标改变情况，比较两组治疗前后骨关节功能评分、VAS评分、膝关节HSS评分，记录两组患者不良反应情况。结果 治疗后，观察组总有效率为93.33%，高于对照组的82.22%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，两组患者骨关节功能评分、VAS评分、膝关节HSS评分均有所改善，且观察组改善程度优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，两组患者IL-1β、IL-6水平均下降，IL-10水平均上升，且观察组患者变化程度更加明显，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者不良反应发生率为6.67%，高于对照组的17.78%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床疗效显著，可改善患者骨关节评分和疼痛情况，改善患者炎性因子指标，且不良反应较少。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods 90 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with compound betamethasone, and the observation group was treated with sodium hyaluronate. The clinical efficacy and the changes of inflammatory factors were observed before and after treatment. The bone and joint function scores, VAS scores and HSS scores of the knees were compared before and after treatment. The adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded.Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than 82.22% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the bone and joint function score, VAS score and knee HSS score of the two groups were obtained. All of them improved, and the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-1β and IL-6 decreased, and the IL-10 level increased. The degree of change in the observation group was more obvious,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%, which was higher than 17.78% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate is effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, which can improve the bone and joint score and pain, improve the inflammatory factor index, and have fewer adverse reactions.
