摘要:
目的 探讨放射治疗相关各专业工作人员的个人辐射剂量。方法 按照《职业性外照射个人监测规范》的要求,放射治疗各相关专业人员分为放射治疗医师组、放射治疗物理师组、放射治疗定位技师组、放射治疗师组和放射治疗护师组,采用热释光个人剂量计进行监测,2017~2018年每季度采集一次数据,比较各专业人员组与集体均值之间的差异和各专业组两两之间的差异。结果 放射治疗医师组个人辐射剂量为(0.03±0.02)mSv/季度,放射治疗物理师组个人辐射剂量为(0.07±0.02)mSv/季度,放射治疗定位技师组个人辐射剂量为(0.06±0.03)mSv/季度,放射治疗师组个人辐射剂量为(0.04±0.02)mSv/季度,放射治疗护师组个人辐射剂量为(0.06±0.02)mSv/季度;放射治疗师组共检测88人次,以上各组与集体比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);放射治疗护师组与集体比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);放射治疗物理师组与放射治疗定位技师组之间、放射治疗物理师组与放射治疗护师组之间、放射治疗师组与放射治疗定位技师之间和放射治疗定位技师-放射治疗护师之间分别比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);其余各专业组两两比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 监测放射治疗各专业组的个人辐射剂量的个人剂量水平均符合国家标准的规定,各专业组与集体比较,放射治疗医师组与集体均值基本一致,其余各组均高于集体均值;放射治疗师组比放射治疗物理师组和放射治疗护师组个人辐射剂量低,其余各相关专业组间没有显著性差异。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To investigate the personal radiation dose of workers in various radiology related disciplines. Methods According to the requirements of the "Specialized Guidelines for Occupational External Radiation Personal Monitoring", all relevant professionals in radiotherapy were divided into radiotherapy physician group, radiotherapy physicist group, radiotherapy positioning technician group, radiotherapist group and radiotherapy nurse group. Monitoring with thermoluminescence personal dosimeters, data collected every quarter from 2017 to 2018,comparing the differences between the professional groups and the collective mean and the differences between the professional groups. Results The radiation dose of the radiotherapy physician group was (0.03±0.02) mSv/quarter, and the radiation dose of the radiotherapy physicist group was(0.07±0.02) mSv/quarter. The radiation dose of the radiotherapy positioning technician group was (0.06±0.03) mSv/quarter, the radiotherapy group's personal radiation dose was (0.04 ± 0.02) mSv/quarter, the radiotherapy nurse group personal radiation dose was (0.06 ± 0.02) mSv/quarter; radiotherapist group tested a total of 88 people,there was no significant difference between the above groups and the group (P>0.05). The difference between the radiotherapy nurse group and the group was statistically significant (P<0.05). The radiotherapy physicist group and the radiotherapy positioning technician group.There was no statistically significant difference between the radiotherapy physicist group and the radiotherapy nurse group, the radiotherapist group and the radiotherapy positioning technician, and the radiotherapy positioning technician-radiation therapy nurse (P>0.05); the other professional groups were compared, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The personal dose level of individual radiation doses of each group of radiotherapy treatments meets the requirements of national standards. Compared with the group, the radiotherapy physicians group and the collective average are basically the same, and the other groups are higher than the collective mean; radiotherapy.The individual radiation dose of the division was lower than that of the radiotherapy physicist group and the radiotherapy nurse group, and there was no significant difference among the other relevant professional groups.
