摘要:
目的 探讨高血压动脉硬化患者躯体化症状的情况及相关危险因素。方法 回顾性分析2019年3月~9月我院收治的131例高血压动脉硬化患者临床资料，均进行臂踝脉搏波传导速度（baPWV）和踝臂指数（ABI）检测，并采用躯体化症状自评量表进行评分，根据是否存在躯体化症状分为躯体化症状组（37例）和无躯体化症状组（94例），比较两组临床资料，并分析高血压动脉硬化患者躯体化症状的相关危险因素。结果 两组舒张压、高密度脂蛋白、尿酸、肌酐比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），而年龄、体质指数、收缩压、空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、血浆同型半胱氨酸比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。Logistic回归分析显示，舒张压、尿酸是高血压动脉硬化患者躯体化症状的影响因素（P＜0.05）。结论 部分高血压动脉硬化患者存在躯体化症状，舒张压、尿酸与高血压动脉硬化躯体化症状的发生相关。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the somatization symptoms and related risk factors in patients with hypertension arteriosclerosis.Methods 131 patients with hypertension arteriosclerosis admitted in our hospital from March to September 2019,which were tested for brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV) and ankle-brachial index (ABI)，and were assessed with somatization symptom checklist. The scores are divided into somatization symptoms group (37 cases) and no somatization symptoms group (94 cases) according to the presence or absence of somatization symptoms.The clinical data between the two groups were compared, and related factors in patients with hypertension arteriosclerosis are analyzed. Results There was a statistically significant difference in diastolic blood pressure, high density lipoprotein, uric acid, and creatinine between the two groups (P<0.05);but there was no significant difference in age, body mass index, fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol, triglyceride, low-density lipoprotein and plasma homocysteine between the two groups (P>0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that diastolic blood pressure and uric acid were the influencing factors of somatization symptoms in patients with hypertension arteriosclerosis.Conclusion Some patients with hypertension arteriosclerosis have somatization symptoms. Diastolic blood pressure and uric acid are related to the occurrence of somatization symptoms of hypertension arteriosclerosis.
