目的 了解“互联网+”护理服务试点背景下护生的信息素养现状,为高校护理信息化教学改革提供参考。方法 于2019年6~7月对某高职院校护理专业学生进行便利抽样,对不同年级共计135名护生采用蒋凌艳编制的信息素养调查问卷开展调查,评估该专业学生的信息素养能力。结果 共发放问卷135份,回收有效问卷127份,有效回收率为94.07%。学生得分排序前5项的条目依次为“我能抵制不良信息,做到不制作、不传播”“我能尊重他人知识产权”“使用信息时,我能遵守相关法律法规,规范自己的言行”“我能获取信息拓展护理思路”及“我认为信息技术很重要”;得分排序后5项的条目依次为“我能使用MEDLINE的MESH或者EMBASE的EMTREE的词表完成疾病信息检索”“我能了解医学信息相关标准规范,如国际疾病分类代码、医学一体化语言系统等”“我能正确使用SPSS、SAS等统计软件和office办公软件进行护理科研数据的统计分析和护理论文的书写”“我能应用所得信息进行护理讲座、护理业务学习、护理查房等”“我能掌握护理信息学的基本知识、理论和方法、发展趋势”。不同年级学生得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 该校学生对信息安全、信息化的重要性认识较为充分,对护理信息技术等具体方法的应用略显欠缺。同时高年级学生具有较高的信息素养,建议依据现有经验,深化高校信息化教学和育人模式的改革,进一步提升护生信息素养。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the current status of nursing students’ information literacy under the background of “Internet +” nursing service pilots, and to provide a reference for the reform of nursing informatization teaching in universities. Methods From June to July 2019, a convenient sampling of nursing students in a vocational college was conducted. Investigating a total of 135 nursing students in different grades using the information literacy questionnaire prepared by Jiang Lingyan, and evaluates the information literacy of students in the major.Results A total of 135 questionnaires were distributed, and 127 valid questionnaires were recovered. The effective recovery rate was 94.07%. The top 5 entries of the student score ranking are "I can resist bad information, do not produce and disseminate it", "I can respect the intellectual property rights of others", "I can follow relevant laws and regulations, and regulate my words and deeds when using information""I can obtain information to expand nursing ideas" and "I think information technology is important"; the 5 items after the score are ranked are "I can use the MEDLINE MESH or EMBASE EMTREE vocabulary to complete disease information retrieval" Understand medical information related standards and specifications, such as international disease classification code, integrated medical language system, etc.""I can use statistical software such as SPSS, SAS and office software for statistical analysis of nursing research data and writing of nursing papers""I can use the information to conduct nursing lectures, nursing business studies, nursing rounds,etc."I can master the basic knowledge, theories and methods, and development trends of nursing informatics." There was a statistically significant difference in the scores of students in different grades(P<0.05).Conclusion The students of this school fully understand the importance of information security and informatization, and the application of specific methods such as nursing information technology is slightly lacking. At the same time, senior students have a higher level of information literacy. It is recommended to deepen the reform of informatization teaching and educating models of colleges and universities to further improve the information literacy of nursing students based on existing experience.
