摘要:
目的 探讨非热康普治疗仪联合喜辽妥对维持性血液透析患者自体动静脉内瘘血流量的影响。方法 选取2019年1月~6月在我院血液净化中心进行维持性血液透析患者64例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(31例)和对照组(33例)。对照组给予喜辽妥治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予非热康普治疗,比较两组治疗后1、3、6个月血流量变化及穿刺疼痛。结果 两组治疗后1个月穿刺疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3、6个月,观察组穿刺疼痛评分低于对照组[(3.65±0.34)分vs(4.75±0.37)分]、[(2.13±0.58)分vs(4.23±0.79)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后1个月血流量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3、6个月,观察组血流量高于对照组[(547.42±25.09)ml/min vs (401.16±23.38)ml/min]、[(603.64±112.41)ml/min vs (367.28±94.59)ml/min],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 非热康普治疗仪联合喜辽妥能够有效保护血液透析患者动静脉内瘘,增加内瘘血流量,减少穿刺疼痛,提高内瘘长期使用率。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of non-thermocombustion therapy instrument with Xiliaotuo rubbing on blood flow of autologous arteriovenous fistula in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods 64 patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis at our blood purification center from January to June 2019 were selected and divided into observation group (31 cases) and control group (33 cases) by using the random number table method. The control group was given Xiliaotuo rubbing treatment, the observation group was treated with non-thermocombustion on the basis of the control group, and changes in blood flow and puncture pain at 1, 3 and 6 months after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in puncture pain scores between the two groups after 1 month of treatment (P>0.05). At 3 and 6 months after treatment, the puncture pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group [(3.65±0.34) points vs (4.75±0.37) points], [(2.13±0.58) points vs (4.23±0.79) points], the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in blood flow at 1 month after treatment between the two groups (P>0.05); 3 and 6 months after treatment, the blood flow in the observation group was higher than the control group [(547.42±25.09) ml/min vs (401.16±23.38) ml/min], [(603.64±112.41) ml/min vs (367.28±94.59 ) ml/min], the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of non-thermocombustion therapy equipment combined with Xiliaotuo rubbing can effectively protect the arteriovenous fistula of hemodialysis patients, increase the blood flow of the fistula, reduce the pain of puncture, and improve the long-term use rate of the fistula.
