摘要:
了解深圳市光明新区感染性腹泻的病原菌构成情况,为有效防控感染性腹泻提供参考依据。方法 选取2016年1月~12月深圳市光明新区感染性腹泻病例345例,进行病原菌分离、鉴定。结果 345例腹泻病例中,阳性病例71例,检出率为20.57%(71/345),6月~11月病原菌检出率较高,其中11月的检出率最高,其次为6月。71例阳性病例中,男性39例,检出率为21.20%(39/184),女性32例,检出率为19.88%(32/161),不同性别病原菌检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。<5岁年龄段病原菌检出率最高,占41.51%(44/106),检出的44株病原菌中,有41株为沙门氏菌,占93.19%(41/44)。分离菌株以沙门氏菌为主,其次是副溶血性弧菌和志贺氏菌,沙门氏菌占阳性病例的80.28%(57/71),副溶血性弧菌占阳性病例的15.49%(11/71),志贺氏菌占阳性病例的4.23%(3/71)。沙门氏菌的血清型以鼠伤寒沙门氏菌为主,占63.16%(36/57),其次为斯坦利沙门氏菌,占10.53%(6/57),里森沙门氏菌占5.26%(3/57),副溶血性弧菌的血清型以K6型为主,占72.73%(8/11);志贺氏菌的血清型全部为宋内Ⅰ相志贺氏菌(3/3)。结论 深圳市光明新区感染性腹泻病例病原菌检出率为20.57%,沙门氏菌是辖区内感染性腹泻的主要病原菌,5岁以下儿童是细菌性腹泻的重点防控人群,6~11月是感染性腹泻的发病高峰期。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the pathogenic bacteria composition of infectious diarrhea in Guangming New District,Shenzhen,and to provide a reference for effective prevention and control of infectious diarrhea.Methods From January to December 2016,345 cases of infectious diarrheal diarrhea in Guangming New District,Shenzhen were selected for pathogen isolation and identification.Results A total of 345 diarrhea specimens were collected and 71 pathogenic bacteria were isolated with a detection rate of 20.57%(71/345).the detection rate was higher from June to November,with the highest detection rate in November,followed by June.In patients with positive pathogen detection there were 39 males with a detection rate of 21.20%(39/184),32 females with a detection rate of 19.88%(32/161),there was no significant difference in the detection rate of male and female pathogens(P>0.05).The pathogenic bacteria detection rate was the highest in the <5 year old group,accounting for 41.51%(44/106).0f the 44 pathogenic bacteria detected in the group <5 years old,41 were Salmonella,accounting for 93.19%(41/44).The isolates were mainly Salmonella,followed by Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Shigella.Salmonella accounted for 80.28%(57/71)of positive strains,Vibrio parahaemolyticus accounted for 15.49%(11/71)of positive strains,Shigella accounted for 4.23%(3/71)of positive strains.Salmonella serotype Salmonella typhimurium was the main species,accounting for 63.16%(36/57),followed by S.stanleyi,accounting for 10.53%(6/57).Salmonella leesenii accounted for 5.26%(3/57),the serotype of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was mainly K6 type,accounting for 72.73%(8/11),and the serotypes of Shigella were all Songi Ⅰ phase Shiga(3/3).Conclusion The total detection rate of pathogenic bacteria of infectious diarrhea in Guangming New District of Shenzhen is 20.57%.Salmonella is the main pathogen of infectious diarrhea in the area under its jurisdiction.Children under 5 years old are the key population for prevention and control of bacterial diarrhea.It is the area under their jurisdiction from June to November the peak of infectious diarrhea.
