摘要:
目的 观察奥美拉唑联合多潘立酮治疗哮喘合并胃食管反流病的临床效果。方法 选取2018年2月~2019年2月在我院诊治的150例哮喘合并胃食管反流病患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各75例。对照组采用单纯奥美拉唑治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合多潘立酮治疗，比较两组临床治疗总有效率、临床症状（反酸、嗳气、咳嗽、胸痛、咽痛）改善情况、肺功能指标[第一秒用力呼气容积（FEV1）、呼气峰值流速（PEF）]及临床不良反应发生率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为94.67%，高于对照组的82.67%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后反酸、嗳气、咳嗽、胸痛、咽痛评分均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后FEV1、PEF均高于治疗前，且观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 奥美拉唑联合多潘立酮治疗哮喘合并胃食管反流病有效率高，有助于减轻临床症状，改善肺功能，且安全性高，具有临床应用价值。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of omeprazole combined with domperidone in the treatment of asthma combined with gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods 150 patients with asthma combined with gastroesophageal reflux disease diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research object. They were divided into a control group and an observation group with a random number table method, with 75 cases in each group. The control group was treated with omeprazole alone, and the observation group was combined with domperidone on the basis of the control group, to compare the total clinical treatment efficiency, clinical symptoms (acid reflux, belching, cough, chest pain, sore throat) and lung function Indicators [forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1), peak expiratory flow rate (PEF)] and incidence of clinical adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.67%, which was higher than that in the control group 82.67%,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). After treatment, the scores of acid reflux, belching, cough, chest pain, and sore throat were lower than before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); FEV1 and PEF after treatment in both groups were higher than before treatment, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); Comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant (P＞0.05).Conclusion Omeprazole combined with domperidone is effective in the treatment of asthma combined with gastroesophageal reflux disease, which can help to reduce clinical symptoms, improve lung function, and has high safety and clinical application value.
