摘要:
结直肠癌是全球常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤之一,不仅恶性程度高,而且发病率与死亡率逐年上升。TNF-α可在多种病理状态下过量分泌,其在促进结直肠癌的发生和发展中具体重要的作用,日益受到国内外学者的关注。本文主要就TNF-α在结直肠癌中的表达、与肿瘤微环境以及临床特征的关系作一综述,旨在为早期预防及治疗结直肠癌提供参考。
Abstract:
Colorectal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of the digestive system in the world. Not only is the degree of malignancy high, but the morbidity and mortality are increasing year by year. TNF-α can be excessively secreted in a variety of pathological conditions, and its specific and important role in promoting the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer is increasingly concerned by scholars at home and abroad. This article mainly reviews the expression of TNF-α in colorectal cancer, its relationship with tumor microenvironment and clinical characteristics, and aims to provide a reference for early prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer.
