摘要:
高血压病是最常见的心脑血管疾病之一，高血压合并失眠的人群发病率呈逐年上升趋势，易影响患者的身心健康和生活质量。近年来研究显示，应用中药治疗高血压在降压的同时可以改善睡眠症状。本文主要介绍李文泉教授从“心肝相关”理论治疗高血压伴失眠的经验。李文泉教授认为本病根源在于心肝两脏，其主要病机为肝阳上亢、心神不宁，提出治晕以平肝为先，安神以养心为主，围绕病机遣方用药，自拟平肝安神方，随证加减，病证结合，临床疗效较好。
Abstract:
Hypertension is one of the most common cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. The incidence rate of the patients with insomnia is increasing year by year, which seriously affects the physical and mental health and quality of life of patients.Studies in recent years have shown that the application of traditional Chinese medicine to treat hypertension can improve sleep symptoms while reducing blood pressure.This paper introduces Professor Li Wenquan’s experience in treating hypertension with insomnia from the theory of "Correlation of Heart and Liver". Professor Li Wenquan thought that the root of the disease lies in the heart and liver and the main pathogenesis of the disease is Gan Yang Shang Kang and Xin Shen Bu Ning, the treatment of dizziness should be based on calming the liver, and calming the mind should be based on nourishing the heart. Around the pathogenesis of the disease, Pinggan Anshen Fang was used, with the evidence for addition and subtraction, combined disease with syndrome, achieved good clinical efficacy.It will be valubale of clinic for reference.
