摘要:
目的 观察针刺治疗对合并焦虑状态的更年期女性室性心律失常的临床疗效。方法 选取2018年1月~2019年1月我院心内科门诊及病房收治的合并焦虑状态的更年期女性室性心律失常患者60例，将其随机分为试验组和对照组，每组30例。对照组给予琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗，试验组给予琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片联合针刺治疗。比较两组治疗前后焦虑自评量表（SAS）、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后，两组SAS、SDS、HAMA评分均较治疗前下降，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；但试验组与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；试验组总有效率为86.67%，与对照组的90.00%比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；对照组服药后发生失眠患者3例，出现手部震颤患者1例，口干患者5例，便秘患者2例；试验组无不良反应发生。结论 对于合并焦虑状态的更年期心律失常患者，除了选择抗焦虑抑郁药物和抗心律失常药物外，针刺治疗也可以改善患者情绪障碍，且无不良反应，相对安全。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on ventricular arrhythmia in menopausal women with anxiety.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019, 60 cases of menopausal female ventricular arrhythmia patients who were admitted to the outpatient and ward of our hospital’s cardiology department and wards were selected.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets combined with flupentixol and melitroxine tablets, and the experimental group was given metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets combined with acupuncture. The two groups were compared before and after treatment with the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA), self-rating depression scale (SDS) scores of clinical efficacy and adverse reactions.Results After treatment, the scores of SAS, SDS, and HAMA in the two groups were lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); but the difference between the experimental group and the control group was not statistically significant (P>0.05); The effective rate was 86.67%, compared with 90.00% in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); after taking the control group, 3 patients had insomnia, 1 had hand tremor, 5 had dry mouth,2 patients with constipation; no adverse reactions occurred in the experimental group.Conclusion For menopausal arrhythmia patients with anxiety, in addition to choosing anti-anxiety and depressive drugs and anti-arrhythmic drugs, acupuncture could also improve the patients’ mood disorders without adverse reactions and was relatively safe.
