摘要:
目的 观察硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊应用于霉菌性阴道炎的效果。方法 选取2019年6月~2020年6月在我院诊治94例霉菌性阴道炎患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各47例。对照组采用制霉菌素栓治疗，观察组采用硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗，比较两组临床治疗总有效率、疗程、临床症状（外阴瘙痒、白带增多、阴道疼痛、黏膜充血）消失时间、临床症状评分、血清炎性因子[C 反应蛋白（CRP）]水平、氧化应激产物[超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、一氧化氮（NO）]水平、复发率及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为95.74%，高于对照组的85.10%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗疗程、临床症状消失时间均短于对照组，且各临床症状评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后观察组CRP低于对照组，SOD、NO高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；随访3个月，观察组复发率为4.25%，不良反应发生率为6.38%，低于对照组的10.63%、14.89%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊应用于霉菌性阴道炎效果确切，可提高总有效率，促进临床症状消退，缩短治疗疗程，降低炎症因子水平，提高氧化应激产物水平，降低复发率和不良反应，有效性和安全性较好。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of nifuratel and nysfungin soft capsules applied to fungal vaginitis.Methods 94 patients with fungal vaginitis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 47 cases in each group. The control group was treated with nystatin suppositories, and the observation group was treated with nifuratel and nysfungin soft capsules. The total effective rate, duration of treatment, and clinical symptoms (vulvar itching, increased vaginal discharge, vaginal pain, mucosal congestion) were compared between the two groups. Disappearance time, clinical symptom score, serum inflammatory factor [C reactive protein (CRP)] level, oxidative stress product [superoxide dismutase (SOD), nitric oxide (NO)] level, recurrence rate and occurrence of adverse reactions happening.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.74%, which was higher than 85.10% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the treatment course and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the scores of all clinical symptoms were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); after treatment, the CRP of the observation group was lower than the control group, SOD and NO were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); follow-up for 3 months,the recurrence rate in the observation group was 4.25%, and the adverse reaction rate was 6.38%, which was lower than the 10.63% and 14.89% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Nifuratel and nysfungin soft capsules were effective for fungal vaginitis, which could increase the total effective rate, promote the regression of clinical symptoms, shorten the treatment course, reduce the level of inflammatory factors, increase the level of oxidative stress products, and reduced the recurrence rate And adverse reactions, the effectiveness and safety were better.
