摘要:
目的 研究不同年龄段儿童微量元素的含量及其特点。方法 选取2019年9月~2020年9月在我院进行门诊健康体检的200例儿童,均进行微量元素(铜、锌、钙、镁、铁)检测,比较不同性别、年龄段儿童各微量元素含量及缺乏率。结果 不同性别儿童铜、锌、钙、镁、铁含量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同年龄儿童微量元素含量比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);锌、铁含量随年龄增长而升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);钙含量随年龄增长而降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同性别儿童铜、锌、钙、镁、铁缺乏率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同年龄段儿童铜、锌、钙、镁、铁缺乏率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且随年龄的增长,铁、锌的缺乏率呈下降趋势,而钙缺乏率逐渐升高。结论 不同年龄段儿童微量元素含量和缺乏率不同,定期开展儿童微量元素检测,了解儿童微量元素含量,及时合理补充微量元素,有助于儿童营养全面、均衡,促进儿童身体健康发育。
Abstract:
Objective To study the content and characteristics of trace elements in children of different ages.Methods A total of 200 children who underwent outpatient health examinations in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected for trace element testing (copper, zinc, calcium, magnesium, and iron).Compare the content and deficiency rate of various trace elements in children of different genders and ages. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the content of copper, zinc, calcium, magnesium and iron among children of different genders (P>0.05); the difference in the content of trace elements among children of different ages was statistically significant (P<0.05); the content of zinc and iron increase with age, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); calcium content decreases with age, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); children of different genders lack of copper, zinc, calcium, magnesium, and iron,there was no statistically significant difference in the rate comparison (P>0.05); the comparison of the copper, zinc, calcium, magnesium, and iron deficiencies in children of different ages, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and with age, iron, iron,the zinc deficiency rate showed a downward trend, while the calcium deficiency rate gradually increased.Conclusion The content and deficiency rate of trace elements in children of different ages are different. Periodic detection of trace elements in children is carried out to understand the content of trace elements in children, and timely and reasonable supplementation of trace elements can help children with comprehensive and balanced nutrition and promote their healthy development.
