摘要:
目的 探讨品管圈在提升我院门诊西药房处方合格率中的应用。方法 将上海市上海邮电医院门诊西药房作为品管圈活动目标科室，选取2019年1~12月的处方共计68970张，其中不合格处方记录15450条，作为活动前组；另选取2020年1~6月的处方共计39480张，其中不合格处方记录7890条，作为活动后组，分析活动前后有形及无形成果。结果 与活动前比较，处方合格率上升至98.20%，目标达标率为120.00%（目标达标率=实际达标值/设定目标达标值×100=98.20/81.85×100=120.00%）达到了预期的目标。活动后，药剂师工作责任心、沟通协调力、解决问题能力、积极性、品管手法、团队和谐、团队凝聚评分高于活动前，其中沟通协调力改善程度最佳。制定出了门诊西药房审方作业标准流程书，且此标准化作业图纳入门诊西药房日常工作的考核中。结论 品管圈活动可有效提高门诊西药房处方合格率，增强团队和谐度和圈员们工作积极性、责任心以及沟通协调能力。
Abstract:
Objective To discuss the application of quality control circle in improving the prescription rate of outpatient western pharmacy in our hospital.Methods The outpatient western pharmacy of Shanghai Post and Telecommunication Hospital was used as the target department of the quality control circle. A total of 68,970 prescriptions from January to December 2019 were selected, of which 15,450 unqualified prescription records were used as the pre-activity group;A total of 39,480 prescriptions from January to June of 2020 were selected, of which 7,890 records of unqualified prescriptions were used as the post-activity group to analyze the tangible and intangible results before and after the activity.Results Compared with before the event, the prescription qualification rate rose to 98.20%, and the target compliance rate was 120.00% (target compliance rate = actual compliance value / set target compliance value × 100 = 98.20/81.85 × 100 = 120.00%), achieving the expected target.After the event,the pharmacist’s work responsibility, communication and coordination ability, problem-solving ability, enthusiasm, quality control techniques, team harmony, team cohesion scores were higher than before the event, and the improvement of communication and coordination was the best. A standard procedure for reviewing prescriptions for outpatient western pharmacies was formulated, and this standardized operation chart was included in the assessment of the daily work of outpatient western pharmacies.Conclusion The quality control circle activities can effectively improve the prescription qualification rate of outpatient western pharmacies, enhance team harmony and team members’ work enthusiasm, sense of responsibility, and communication and coordination skills.
