摘要:
目的 探究间歇性外斜视儿童术后应用双眼视觉训练对双眼视功能重建的影响。方法 选取2017年10月~2019年10月在我院进行手术治疗的134例间歇性外斜视儿童为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各67例。对照组术后不进行干预,观察组术后给予双眼视觉训练,比较两组眼位矫正总有效率、双眼视功能(同时视、视觉融合、立体视)、眼位回退率及平均手术前后斜视度数。结果 观察组总治疗有效率为92.53%,高于对照组的83.58%(P<0.05);术后观察组患儿同时视(77.61%)、视觉融合(62.68%)、立体视(40.29%)占比均高于对照组的43.28%、34.32%、16.41%(P<0.05);术后随访6个月,观察组眼位回退率为17.91%,低于对照组的49.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后观察组斜视度数为(3.67±2.71)△,小于对照组的(7.20±3.10)△(P<0.05)。结论 间歇性外斜视儿童术后给予双眼视觉训练可提高手术效果,有效预防眼位回退,减少斜视度数,对患者双眼视功能重建具有积极的促进作用。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of binocular vision training on the reconstruction of binocular vision in children with intermittent exotropia. Methods A total of 134 children with intermittent exotropia who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table, with 67 cases in each group.The control group did not intervene after the operation, and the observation group was given binocular vision training after the operation. The total effective rate of eye position correction, binocular vision function (simultaneous vision, visual fusion, stereo vision), eye position regression rate and average before and after operation were compared between the two groups degree of strabismus.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.53%, which was higher than 83.58% in the control group (P<0.05);The proportions of simultaneous vision (77.61%), vision fusion (62.68%), and stereo vision (40.29%) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group by 43.28%, 34.32%, 16.41%(P<0.05);After 6 months of follow-up, the eye position regression rate of the observation group was 17.91%, which was lower than that of the control group 49.25%(P<0.05);The average degree of strabismus in the observation group after operation was (3.67±2.71)△, which was smaller than (7.20±3.10)△ in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Postoperative binocular vision training for children with intermittent exotropia can improve the surgical effect, effectively prevent eye position regression, reduce the degree of strabismus, and have a positive effect on the reconstruction of binocular vision in patients.
