目的 分析广西医学科技期刊的学术影响力变化,并提出相关建议以促进期刊发展。方法 引用《中国科技期刊引证报告》的数据,分析2013年~2018年广西14本医学期刊的被引用计量指标、期刊来源计量指标及学科分类内期刊计量指标的变化趋势。根据动态评估模型,计算期刊学术影响力增长率。结果 ①被引用计量指标变化:2013年~2018年,大部分期刊的影响因子总体呈上升趋势;7本非核心期刊总被引频次总体上升趋势,其余期刊变化不大或呈下降趋势。②期刊来源计量指标变化:3本核心期刊的基金论文比波动较大,其中均以2016年的数值最低;在非核心期刊中大部分期刊的基金论文比总体均呈上升趋势。③学科分类内期刊计量指标变化:核心期刊中《广西医科大学学报》的综合评价总分变化幅度不大,《广西医学》的综合评价总分总体呈下降趋势,而2013年~2017年《结直肠肛门外科》的总分逐年下降,2018年明显提高;非核心期刊中,与2013年相比,2018年《内科》《中国临床新医学》《广西中医药大学学报》的扩展学科影响指标升高,而其他期刊的扩展学科影响指标变化幅度不大;2018年大部分期刊在各自学科期刊排名中居于中下水平。④动态评估模型评价:3本核心期刊的学术影响力增长率均大于0,其中《结直肠肛门外科》大于1;在非核心期刊中《中国临床新医学》《内科》《蛇志》的学术影响力增长率均高于0.5,而《右江民族医学院学报》《右江医学》的学术影响力增长率均小于0。结论 区内大部分医学科技期刊的学术影响力稳定增长,但面临着国内学术影响力偏低、发展相对缓慢、学术影响力有所削弱的困境和挑战,可从转变办刊理念、紧抓文章质量、发挥与东盟各国合作的平台优势、重视新媒体发展等方面促进发展。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the changes in the academic influence of Guangxi medical science journals and make relevant suggestions to promote the development of journals.Methods The data from the "Chinese S&T Journal Citation Report" was used to analyze the changes in the citation measurement indicators, journal source measurement indicators, and journal measurement indicators within the discipline classification of 14 medical journals in Guangxi from 2013 to 2018.According to the dynamic evaluation model, the growth rate of the journal’s academic influence was calculated.Results ①Changes in citation metrics: From 2013 to 2018, the impact factors of most journals showed an overall upward trend; the total citation frequency of 7 non-core journals showed an overall upward trend, while the remaining journals showed little change or showed a downward trend.②Changes in the measurement index of journal sources: The ratio of funded papers in the 3 core journals fluctuates greatly, among which the value in 2016 was the lowest; among the non-core journals, the ratio of funded papers in most journals showed an overall upward trend.③Changes in the measurement indicators of journals within the subject classification: The total score of the comprehensive evaluation of Journal of Guangxi Medical University in the core journals had not changed much, and the total score of the comprehensive evaluation of Guangxi Medical Journal showed an overall downward trend. The total score of Journal of Colorectal & Anal Surgery had been declining year by year, and had increased significantly in 2018;Among non-core journals, compared with 2013, the expanded discipline impact index of Internal Medicine,Chinese Journal of New Clinical Medicine, and Journal of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine increased in 2018, while the expanded discipline impact index of other journals did not change much;In 2018, most journals ranked at the middle or lower level in the rankings of journals in their respective disciplines.④Dynamic evaluation model evaluation: the growth rate of academic influence of the three core journals was greater than 0, among which Journal of Colorectal & Anal Surgery was greater than 1;In the non-core journals, the growth rates of academic influence of Chinese Journal of New Clinical Medicine, Internal Medicine and Journal of Snake were all higher than 0.5.The growth rate of academic influence of Journal of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities and Chinese Youjiang Medical Journal were all less than zero.Conclusion The academic influence of most medical science journals in the region has grown steadily, but they are faced with the dilemma and challenges of low domestic academic influence, relatively slow development, and weakened academic influence.It can promote development by changing the concept of running a journal, focusing on the quality of articles, taking advantage of the platform for cooperation with ASEAN countries, and attaching importance to the development of new media.
