摘要:
目的 研究心理护理对妊娠期高血压综合征患者的护理效果及对患者产后抑郁的影响。方法 回顾性分析2019年2月~2020年2月我院收治的妊娠期高血压综合征患者92例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，各46例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予心理护理，比较两组护理前后血压、依从性以及SAS和SDS评分。结果 两组护理后收缩压与舒张压水平均低于护理前，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组护理后遵医嘱用药、控制体质量、控制钠盐、坚持运动得分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组SAS和SDS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 心理护理可消除妊娠期高血压综合征患者焦虑、抑郁情绪，提高患者对治疗的依从性，从而能够有效控制患者的血压，对促进妊娠期高血压综合征患者的健康有积极作用。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing on patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome and its influence on postpartum depression.Methods A retrospective analysis of 92 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 was used as the research object. According to the random number table method, they were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care, and the observation group was given psychological care on the basis of the control group. The blood pressure, compliance, SAS and SDS scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);After nursing, the observation group followed the doctor’s prescription for medication, body weight control, sodium control, and exercise scores higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological care can eliminate anxiety and depression in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome, improve patients’ compliance with treatment, and can effectively control the patient’s blood pressure, and has a positive effect on promoting the health of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome.
