摘要:
在新时期破除“唯论文”精神下，摒弃低水平、重复、无意义的论文，鼓励发表高质量论文成为学术导向，如何引导医院科研人员发表高质量论文值得深入分析探讨。本文以我院应用PDCA循环管理模式的情况为例，分析医院科研活动中高质量论文发表问题，采取科学引导、平台搭建以及强化管理、人才引育等多项针对性措施，应用后科研人员论文质量得到切实提升，年均高质量期刊论文发表量达20篇，措施溢出效应明显，亦调动临床医生的科研积极性，并提出下一轮PDCA循环管理的方向，以进一步引导医院科研人员发表高质量论文。
Abstract:
In the new era, the spirit of "paper-only" is broken, low-level, repetitive, and meaningless papers are discarded, and the publication of high-quality papers is encouraged to become an academic orientation. How to guide hospital researchers to publish high-quality papers is worthy of in-depth analysis and discussion.This article takes the application of the PDCA cycle management model in our hospital as an example, analyzes the problems of high-quality paper publication in the hospital’s scientific research activities, and adopts scientific guidance, platform construction, strengthening management, and talent introduction and other targeted measures.After the application, the quality of scientific research personnel’s papers has been effectively improved, and the average annual high-quality journal papers have reached 20. The spillover effect of the measures is obvious. It also mobilizes the enthusiasm of clinicians for scientific research, and proposes the direction of the next round of PDCA cycle management to further guide the hospital Researchers publish high-quality papers.
