摘要:
目的 分析佛山市南海区2016-2020年法定传染病报告卡填报质量,为加强传染病信息报告管理工作提供科学依据。方法 收集“中国疾病预防控制信息系统”中佛山市南海区2016-2020年法定传染病报告卡资料,采用描述性流行病学方法,对报告卡身份证号码填报完整率进行分析。结果 2016-2020年,南海区法定传染病报告率、报告及时率均为100.00%,身份证号码填报完整率呈逐年上升趋势;各年传染病报告卡身份证号码填报完整率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2016-2019年,毗邻和非毗邻广州市的医疗机构每年传染病报告卡身份证号码填报完整率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2020年毗邻和非毗邻广州市的医疗机构传染病报告卡身份证号码填报完整率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2016-2019年,该地区身份证号码填报完整率最高的均为三级医院;2020年,不同级别医疗机构的传染病报告卡身份证号码填报完整率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 2016-2020年南海区传染病报告卡居民身份证号码填报完整率逐年上升。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the reporting quality of notifiable infectious disease report cards in Nanhai District of Foshan City from 2016 to 2020, and to provide scientific basis for strengthening the management of infectious disease information reporting.Methods The data of notifiable infectious disease report cards from 2016 to 2020 in Nanhai District, Foshan City, China Disease Prevention and Control Information System were collected, and descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the complete rate of report card ID number.Results From 2016 to 2020, the reporting rate and timely reporting rate of notifiable infectious diseases in Nanhai District were 100.00%, and the completion rate of identity card number was increasing year by year. There was statistically significant difference in the complete rate of infectious disease report card ID number filling of infectious disease report cards in each year (P<0.05). From 2016 to 2019, there were statistically significant differences in the complete rate of infectious disease report card ID number filling between medical institutions adjacent to and not adjacent to Guangzhou (P<0.05). In 2020, there was no significant difference in the complete rate of infectious disease report card ID number filling between adjacent and non-adjacent medical institutions in Guangzhou (P>0.05). In 2016-2019, the highest completion rate of ID number filling in the region was in tertiary hospitals; in 2020, there was no significant difference in the complete rate of infectious disease report card ID number filling among different levels of medical institutions (P>0.05).Conclusion From 2016 to 2020, the complete rate of infectious disease report card ID number filling in Nanhai District is increased year by year.
