摘要:
目的 研究支撑钢板与螺钉固定治疗旋后-内收型Ⅱ度踝关节骨折的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年3月-2021年3月在我院诊治的74例旋后-内收型Ⅱ度踝关节骨折患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各37例。对照组采用螺钉固定治疗,观察组采用支撑钢板治疗,比较两组骨折恢复优良率、骨折愈合时间、完全负重时间、VAS评分、AOFAS评分及并发症发生率。结果 观察组骨折恢复优良率为91.89%,高于对照组的81.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组骨折愈合、完全负重时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组VAS评分低于术前,AOFAS评分高于术前,且观察组VAS评分低于对照组,AOFAS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 与螺钉固定治疗旋后-内收型Ⅱ度踝关节骨折相比,支撑钢板治疗效果更好,可提高骨折恢复优良率,降低疼痛评分,缩短骨折愈合和完全负重时间,提高踝与后足评分,降低并发症发生率,值得临床应用。
Abstract:
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of supporting plate and screw fixation in the treatment of supination-adduction type Ⅱ ankle fractures.Methods A total of 74 patients with supination-adduction type II ankle fracture diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 37 cases in each group. The control group was treated with screw fixation, and the observation group was treated with support plate fixation. The excellent and good rate of fracture recovery, fracture healing time, full weight-bearing time, VAS score, AOFAS score and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of fracture recovery in the observation group was 91.89%, which was higher than 81.08% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The fracture healing and full weight-bearing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences was statistically significant (P<0.05). The VAS score of the two groups was lower than that before operation, and the AOFAS score was higher than that before operation, and the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the AOFAS score was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with screw fixation in the treatment of supination-induction type Ⅱ ankle fracture, the treatment effect of support plate fixation is better, which can improve the excellent and good rate of fracture recovery, reduce pain score, shorten fracture healing and full weight-bearing time, improve ankle and hindfoot score, and reduce the incidence of complications. It is worthy of clinical application.
