摘要:
目的 探讨血浆纤维蛋白原与前白蛋白比值(FPR)和中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)对结直肠癌的诊断价值。方法 收集2018年1月-2019年2月我院收治结直肠癌患者208例设为研究组,结直肠良性息肉患者106例设为良性对照组,另选同期行肠镜检查健康的体检者106名设为健康对照组。比较三组患者的FPR、NLR水平,研究组和良性对照组CEA、CA19-9水平,分析上述生物标记物临床诊断的价值。结果 研究组FPR和NLR水平高于良性对照组和健康对照组,CEA、CA19-9水平高于良性对照组(P<0.05);ROC分析显示,FPR对结直肠癌的诊断效果高于NLR、CEA、CA19-9;二元Logistic回归结果显示,FPR、NLR、CEA和CA19-9与结直肠良性疾病和结直肠癌的鉴别显著相关。结论 血浆FPR和NLR对结直肠癌有较高的诊断及预警价值。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of plasma fibrinogen to prealbumin ratio (FPR) and neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR) in colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 208 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were selected as study group, 106 patients with benign colorectal polyps were selected as benign control group, and 106 healthy subjects who underwent colonoscopy were selected as healthy control group. The levels of FPR and NLR in the three groups were compared, and the levels of CEA and CA19-9 in the study group and the benign control group were compared to analyze the clinical diagnostic value of the above biomarkers.Results The levels of FPR and NLR in the study group were higher than those in the benign control group and the healthy control group, and the levels of CEA and CA19-9 were higher than those in the benign control group (P<0.05). ROC analysis showed that the diagnostic effect of FPR for colorectal cancer was higher than that of NLR, CEA and CA19-9. Binary logistic regression results showed that FPR, NLR, CEA and CA19-9 were significantly correlated with the differentiation of colorectal benign diseases and colorectal cancer.Conclusion Plasma FPR and NLR have high diagnostic and early warning value for colorectal cancer.
