摘要:
目的 评价南京市高校大学生心肺复苏术知识水平、参加培训态度、施救意愿以及实际操作能力的情况。方法 于2021年1月-5月,采用分层多阶段整群抽样从南京市高校中随机抽取8所高校,并从中抽取1600名大学生作为研究对象,对其心肺复苏术知识掌握情况、参与培训态度和施救意愿进行调查;随机抽取160名大学生参与心肺复苏现场模拟测评,分析不同性别大学生心肺复苏术操作能力。结果 大学生对“按压体位要求”的掌握情况尤于其他方面,仅有16.39%的大学生对心肺复苏术比较了解;86.48%的大学生愿意了解心肺复苏术相关知识,74.55%的大学生愿意参加心肺复苏术培训,>50%的大学生愿意定期参加培训并愿意学会后教给身边人;85.78%的大学生愿意在紧急情况下拨打120等急救电话,52.36%愿意将患者送医院,17.35%的大学生人愿意投身到现场急救中,现场操作能力测评显示,按压的平均频率虽然符合心肺复苏指南的要求,但是正确率偏低,不同性别间开放气道、按压位置、频率及按压正确率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 南京市高校大学生心肺复苏术知识水平和实际操作能力相对较差,相关部门需加强大学生心肺复苏知识学习和培训,进一步提高大学生的急救能力。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the knowledge, attitude, willingness to rescue and practical ability of cardiopulmonary resuscitation among college students in Nanjing.Methods From January to May 2021, 8 colleges and universities in Nanjing were randomly selected by stratified multi-stage cluster sampling, and 1600 college students were selected as subjects. The mastery of cardiopulmonary resuscitation knowledge, attitude to participate in training and willingness to rescue were investigated. Randomly selected 1600 college students to participate in cardiopulmonary resuscitation scene simulation evaluation, and the different gender college students cardiopulmonary resuscitation operation ability were analyzed.Results College students’ mastery of "pressing body position requirements" was more important than other aspects. Only 16.39% of college students had a good understanding of cardiopulmonary resuscitation; 86.48% of college students were willing to learn about cardiopulmonary resuscitation, 74.55% of college students were willing to participate in cardiopulmonary resuscitation training, and more than 50% of college students were willing to regularly participate in training and learn to teach them to people around them; 85.78% of college students were willing to call 120 emergency calls in emergency situations, 52.36% of college students were willing to send patients to hospitals, and 17.35% of college students were willing to participate in on-site first aid.The field operation ability evaluation showed that the average frequency of compression was in line with the requirements of cardiopulmonary resuscitation guidelines, but the accuracy rate was low. There was no significant difference in open airway, compression position, frequency and compression accuracy between different genders (P>0.05).Conclusion The knowledge level and practical ability of cardiopulmonary resuscitation among college students in Nanjing are relatively poor. Relevant departments need to strengthen the knowledge learning and training of cardiopulmonary resuscitation among college students to further improve the emergency ability of college students.
