目的 研究临床前全科医学生的共情现况,为改进全科医生培养提出建议。方法 于2021年5月10日-30日采用中文版人际反应量表(IRI-C)对西安医学院临床前全科医学生进行完全随机抽样调查,分析不同性别、年级、生源地、选择专业初衷、是否独生子女等医学生的共情现状。结果 最终纳入学生550人,男210人(38.18%),女340人(61.82%);西安医学院临床前全科医学生IRI-C总分(47.52±8.45)分,处于中等水平;不同性别、年级、生源地、选择专业初衷、是否独生子女的医学生IRI-C总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同性别、年级、生源地、选择专业初衷的医学生观点采择(PT)分量表得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 西安医学院大一至大三临床前全科医学生共情状况与普通临床医学生共情水平接近,总体上临床前全科医学生的共情能力仍有待提高至更高水平。
Abstract:
Objective To study the empathic condition of preclinical general practice students, and to put forward suggestions for improving the training of general practitioners.Methods The Chinese version of Interpersonal Response Scale (IRI-C) was used to conduct a complete random sampling survey of preclinical general medical students in Xi’an Medical University from May 10 to 30, 2021. The empathic condition of medical students with different genders, grades, places of origin, original intention of choosing majors and whether they are the only child or not was analyzed.Results Finally 550 students were included, 210 males (38.18%) and 340 females (61.82%); the total score of IRI-C of preclinical general medical students in Xi’an Medical University was (47.52±8.45) scores, which was at the middle level. There was no significant difference in the total score of IRI-C among medical students of different gender, grade, place of origin, original intention of choosing major and whether the only child or not (P>0.05); there were statistically significant differences in the scores of perspective-taking (PT) subscales of medical students with different genders, grades, birthplaces and professional intentions (P<0.05).Conclusion The empathy level of pre-clinical general medical students from freshman to junior in Xi’an Medical University is close to that of general clinical medical students. In general, the empathy ability of pre-clinical general medical students still needs to be improved to a higher level.
