摘要:
目的 探究有氧运动联合高压氧治疗脑卒中后认知功能障碍的疗效及对氧化应激指标的影响。方法 选取2018年12月-2020年12月我院收治的脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者101例,采取随机数字表法分为对照组52例和观察组49例。对照组给予高压氧治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合有氧运动治疗,比较两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、简易智能状态评定(MMSE)评分及蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分、血清氧化应激指标。结果 观察组治疗后MMSE评分及MoCA评分高于对照组,NIHSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清GSH值高于对照组、MDA值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 有氧运动联合高压氧治疗脑卒中后认知功能障碍的效果良好,可改善患者的认知功能,同时也可调节其氧化应激水平,获得良好预后。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of aerobic exercise combined with hyperbaric oxygen on cognitive dysfunction after stroke and its effect on oxidative stress index.Methods A total of 101 patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected and divided into control group (52 cases) and observation group (49 cases) by random number table method. The control group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and the observation group was treated with aerobic exercise on the basis of the control group. The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score, Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score, Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score and serum oxidative stress index were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment, the MMSE score and MoCA score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the NIHSS score was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum GSH value of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the MDA value was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Aerobic exercise combined with hyperbaric oxygen is effective in the treatment of cognitive dysfunction after stroke, which can improve the cognitive function of patients, regulate the oxidative stress levels and obtain a good prognosis.
