摘要:
目的 研究鼻内镜联合支撑喉镜手术治疗声带息肉的临床效果及对患者嗓音功能的影响。方法 选取2020年8月-2021年8月在我院诊治的72例声带息肉患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各36例。对照组采用单纯支撑喉镜手术，观察组在对照组基础上联合鼻内镜治疗，比较两组临床治疗效果、临床手术恢复指标、嗓音功能恢复指标、并发症、复发率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为94.44%，高于对照组的83.33%（P＜0.05）；观察组患者嘶哑、声带水肿消失时间和发音功能恢复时间均小于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组喉部疼痛评分、发音疲倦感评分、呼吸不畅评分均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为5.56%，低于对照组的13.89%（P＜0.05）；随访4个月，观察组复发率为2.78%，低于对照组的11.11%（P＜0.05）。结论 鼻内镜联合支撑喉镜手术治疗声带息肉的临床效果确切，可提高治疗总有效率，降低并发症和复发率，改善嗓音功能治疗，且术后嘶哑、声带水肿消退快速，发音功能恢复快速，喉部疼痛度低，发音疲倦感轻，呼吸不畅改善显著，具有相对显著的应用优势。
Abstract:
Objective To study the clinical effect of nasal endoscopy combined with self-retaining laryngoscope in the treatment of vocal cord polyps and its influence on patients’ voice function.Methods A total of 72 patients with vocal cord polyps diagnosed and treated in our hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with simple laryngoscope surgery. The observation group was treated with nasal endoscopy on the basis of the control group. The clinical treatment effect, clinical surgical recovery index, voice function recovery index, complications and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.44%, which was higher than 83.33% in the control group (P<0.05). The disappearance time of hoarseness, vocal cord edema and recovery time of pronunciation function in the observation group were less than those in the control group (P<0.05). The laryngeal pain score, pronunciation fatigue score and dyspnea score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.56%, which was lower than 13.89% in the control group (P<0.05). After 4 months of follow-up, the recurrence rate of the observation group was 2.78%, which was lower than 11.11% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Nasal endoscopy combined with self-retaining laryngoscope surgery has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of vocal cord polyps, which can improve the total effective rate of treatment, reduce complications and recurrence rate, and improve voice function treatment. Meanwhile, it has the advantages of hoarseness, rapid regression of vocal cord edema, rapid recovery of pronunciation function, low laryngeal pain, mild fatigue of pronunciation, and significant improvement of poor breathing.
