摘要:
目的 梳理我国2012-2022年证据总结相关的文献，总结其研究现状、研究热点和趋势，为循证研究与临床实践提供参考。方法 采用文献计量学及CiteSpace可视化法对中国知网2012年1月1日-2022年8月7日收录的证据总结相关文献进行分析。结果 共纳入文献753篇，我国证据总结领域发文量虽少但整体发展趋势快。该领域核心作者团队增多，主体研究机构为高校，发文最多的机构为复旦大学护理学院。共形成12个关键词聚类标签，去除与主题相关关键词后，出现频次最多的3个关键词为预防、管理、循证实践。结论 我国证据总结研究领域核心领导力提升，作者、机构间合作程度也逐步提高。研究热点与趋势集中于不同人群生活质量的改善、临床护理、慢病管理、术后及急危重症管理方面。
Abstract:
Objective To sort out research status，research hotspots and trends in field of evidence summary in China，so as to provide guidance for evidence-based research and clinical practice.Methods Bibliometrics and CiteSpace visualization were used to analyze the relevant literature on evidence summary collected by CNKI from January 1, 2012 to August 7, 2022.Results A total of 753 papers were considered, and the overall trend in the field of evidence summary in China was fast despite the small number of published papers. The main author team in this field had increased, and the main research institutions were universities, with the School of Nursing of Fudan University publishing the most papers. A total of 12 keyword clusters were formed, and after removing keywords related to the topic, the three most common keywords were prevention, management, and evidence-based practice.Conclusion Central leadership in the field of evidence-based research in China has increased, and the degree of collaboration between authors and institutions has gradually increased. Research priorities and trends focus on improving quality of life in various populations, clinical care, chronic disease management, and postoperative and acute care management.
