摘要:
目的 探讨胃癌和缺氧相关研究热点。方法 通过Web of Science核心合集的科学引文扩展数据库检索2002-2021年关于胃癌和缺氧的相关文献,应用文献计量学的研究方法和文献计量分析软件VOSviewer软件对期刊、作者、研究机构、关键词等进行提取分析及可视化展示,分析胃癌和缺氧研究领域的热点及发展历史。结果 共纳入1002篇文献,2006年以前胃癌和缺氧相关发文量较少,年发文量不超过20篇,2012年后激增,2019年到达最高峰(103篇)。我国在国际上发文量以469篇领先,国内南京医科大学以30篇领先;全球胃癌和缺氧发文量排行前3的国家分别为中国、日本和美国。刊文最多的期刊为ONCOLOGY LETTERS、ONCOLOGY REPORTS、PLOS ONE。基金来源排名前3的分别是中国国家自然科学基金、美国国家卫生研究院、美国卫生和公众服务部。发文研究机构以高等院校为主。发文量排名前3的作者分别是Kitajima Yoshihiko、Noshiro Hirokazu 和 Yashiro Masakazu。研究领域主要关注胃癌的缺氧环境、缺氧诱导因子及缺氧相关通路的研究。关键词分析产生6个聚类,共3966个关键词,目前研究最新的关键词是侵袭、糖酵解、自噬、上皮间质转化。结论 国内外关于胃癌和缺氧的相关研究年发表量呈逐年上升趋势,多以小组研究为主,文献共被引强度较低,应加强国际及机构之间的合作,综合多学科领域研究,探索缺氧条件下胃癌发生发展机制,为胃癌的诊疗提供新的思路及为改善胃癌患者预后提供理论基础。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the hotspots of gastric cancer and hypoxia.Methods Relevant literature on gastric cancer and hypoxia from 2002 to 2021 was retrieved from the extended database of scientific citations in the Web of Science Core Collection. The journal, authors, research institutions, keywords, etc. were extracted and visualized using bibliometrics and VOSviewer, a documentary-metrics analytics software, to analyze hot spots and development histories in the field of gastric cancer and hypoxia.Results A total of 1002 articles were included. Before 2006, the number of articles related to gastric cancer and hypoxia was small, and the annual number of articles was no more than 20. After 2012, it surged and reached the peak in 2019 (103 articles). The number of international publications in China was 469, and the number of domestic Nanjing Medical University was 30. China, Japan and the United States ranked the top three countries in the world for gastric cancer and hypoxia, respectively. The journals with the most articles wereONCOLOGY LETTERS, ONCOLOGY REPORTS and PLOS ONE. The top three sources of funds were the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Institutes of Health, and the United States Department of Health and Human Services. The research institutions were mainly colleges and universities. The top three authors in the number of published papers were Kitajima Yoshihiko,Noshiro Hirokazu and Yashiro Masakazu. The research field mainly focuses on the hypoxia environment, hypoxia-inducible factors and hypoxia-related pathways of gastric cancer. Keyword analysis generated 6 clusters, a total of 3966 keywords. The latest keywords were invasion, glycolysis, autophagy, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition.Conclusion The annual publication of relevant studies on gastric cancer and hypoxia at home and abroad is increasing year by year. Most of them are group studies, and the co-citation intensity of the literature is low. It is necessary to strengthen international and institutional cooperation, integrate multidisciplinary research, and explore the mechanism of gastric cancer development under hypoxic conditions, so as to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer and provide a theoretical basis for improving the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer.
