摘要:
目的 研究二维超声联合彩色多普勒超声对卵巢良恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断价值。方法 以2018年5月-2022年5月扬州洪泉医院收治的123例卵巢肿瘤患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(62例)与对照组(61例),观察组应用二维超声联合彩色多普勒超声检测,对照组应用CT检测,比较两组诊断结果,并分析卵巢良、恶性肿瘤的超声影像学特征与血流参数[平均流速(Vm)、收缩期峰值流速(Vps)、搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)]。结果 观察组卵巢良、恶性肿瘤的诊断准确性、敏感度、特异度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);卵巢良、恶性肿瘤各超声影像学特征比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);卵巢恶性肿瘤VM、Vps参数高于良性肿瘤,PI、RI参数则低于良性肿瘤,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 二维超声联合彩色多普勒超声在卵巢良、恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断中具有较高的准确性、敏感度、特异度。
Abstract:
Objective To study the value of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with color Doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors.Methods A total of 123 patients with ovarian tumors admitted to Yangzhou Hongquan Hospital from May 2018 to May 2022 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into observation group (62 patients) and control group (61 patients) according to the random number table method. The observation group was detected by two-dimensional ultrasound combined with color Doppler ultrasound, and the control group was diagnosed by CT. The diagnostic results of the two groups were compared, and the ultrasound imaging characteristics and blood flow parameters [mean flow velocity (Vm), peak systolic velocity (Vps), pulsatility index (PI), resistance index (RI)] of benign and malignant ovarian tumors were analyzed.Results The diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of benign and malignant ovarian tumors in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the ultrasonic imaging features between benign and malignant ovarian tumors (P<0.05). VM and Vps parameters of ovarian malignant tumors were higher than those of benign tumors, while PI and RI parameters were lower than those of benign tumors, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Two-dimensional ultrasound combined with color Doppler ultrasound has high accuracy, sensitivity and specificity in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors.
