摘要:
目的 观察艾滋病管理平台结合小组论坛在艾滋病患者护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年2月-2022年2月在我院诊治的86例艾滋病患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各43例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上采用艾滋病管理平台结合小组论坛护理。比较两组健康知识水平、心理弹性评分、应对方式评分、生存质量水平。结果 观察组疾病认知、禁忌事项、治疗知识、护理知识评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组心理弹性评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组自我认知重组、寻求社会支持评分均高于对照组，逃避幻想评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组生理、社会家庭、情感、功能状况以及附加关注评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在艾滋病患者护理中应用艾滋病管理平台结合小组论坛干预，可提高患者健康知识水平，改善心理弹性水平，提升应对方式评分，提高患者生存质量水平，值得临床应用。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the application effect of AIDS management platform combined with group forum in the nursing of AIDS patients.Methods From February 2021 to February 2022, a total of 86 AIDS patients in our hospital were selected as the research objects. The random number table method were used for dividing groups, both control group and observation group were 43 patients. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given AIDS management platform combined with group forum nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The health knowledge level, psychological resilience score, coping style score and quality of life level were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had higher scores of disease cognition, taboo matters, treatment knowledge and nursing knowledge than those in the control group (P<0.05). The observation group had higher psychological resilience score, scores of self-cognition reorganization and seeking social support, and scores of escape fantasy lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of physiology, social family, emotion, functional status and additional attention in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of AIDS management platform combined with group forum intervention can improve the health knowledge level of AIDS patients, improve the level of psychological resilience and the score of coping style. It can improve the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
