摘要:
目的观察奥氮平改善老年痴呆精神行为障碍的效果及不良反应情况，评价其临床疗效遥方法将我院2015 年2 月~ 2016 年10 月收治的100 例老年痴呆伴精神行为障碍的患者作为观察对象，按入院顺序随机分组，观察组患者采用奥氮平治疗， 对照组患者采用利培酮治疗，对比两组治疗效果遥结果两组治疗总有效率无明显差异（跃0.05）曰治疗前两组BEHAVE-AD评分 无明显差异，治疗后，研究组BEHAVE-AD 评分明显低于对照组（约0.05），差异具有统计学意义曰两组患者在乏力尧肝功异常尧 嗜睡方面无明显差异（跃0.05），在失眠尧激惹尧锥体外系反应方面比较差异显著（约0.05）遥结论采用奥氮平治疗有助于改善老 年痴呆精神行为障碍，同时不良反应小，用药安全，可在临床大力推广遥
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To observe the improvement of olanzapine and adverse reactions of mental and behavioral disorders in senile dementia effect, to evaluate its clinical efficacy.Methods In our hospital in February 2015~2016 year in October 100 cases of senile dementia patients with mental disorder were as observation objects,grouped according to the order of admission,even as the observation group,single number as the control group,the observation group were treated with olanzapine treatment,the control group were treated with risperidone treatment,compare the efficacy of two groups. Results The total effective rate of two groups had no significant difference ( >0.05);the two groups before treatment BEHAVE-AD score had no significant difference,after treatment,the study group BEHAVE-AD score was significantly lower than the control group ( <0.05),with statistically significant differences;There was no significant difference between the two groups in fatigue,abnormal liver function and drowsiness ( >0.05),but significant differences in insomnia, irritation and extrapyramidal reaction( <0.05).Conclusion Olanzapine treatment can improve the mental and behavioral disorders of senile dementia,meanwhile,it has the advantages of small adverse reaction and safe medication,which can be popularized clinically.
