摘要:
目的 探讨坦度螺酮联合奥氮平对精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响。方法 选取2019年1月~2020年1月我院就诊的精神分裂症患者80例，随机分为对照组和联合组，每组40例。对照组予以奥氮平治疗，联合组在此基础上加用坦度螺酮治疗，比较两组临床治疗疗效、情绪状态、认知功能、氧化应激指标及不良反应发生情况。结果 联合组治疗总有效率为95.00%，高于对照组的75.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；联合组正性情绪评分、MoCA评分高于对照组，负性情绪评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；联合组ALB、TBiL水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；联合组用药不良反应发生率低于对照组，但差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 联合应用坦度螺酮与奥氮平治疗精神分裂症效果确切，可纠正患者负性情绪，减轻认知功能损害，还可降低机体氧化应激水平，促进临床症状改善，且用药安全性高。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of tandospirone combined with olanzapine on the cognitive function of patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 80 patients with schizophrenia in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and combination group, with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with olanzapine,the combination group was treated with tandospirone on this basis, the clinical efficacy, emotional state, cognitive function, oxidative stress index and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was 95.00%, which was higher than 75.00% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The positive emotion score and MoCA score of the combined group were higher than those of the control group, and the negative emotion score was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The levels of ALB and TBiL in the combination group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05);The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the combination group was lower than that in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion The combined application of tandospirone and olanzapine is effective in treating schizophrenia.It can correct the patient’s negative emotions, reduce cognitive impairment, and also reduce the body’s oxidative stress level, promote the improvement of clinical symptoms, and the medication safety is high.
