摘要:
目的 研究茵陈蒿汤辅助治疗热重于湿型病毒性肝炎的临床效果。方法 选取我院2015年8月~2017年10月收治的80例热重于湿型病毒性肝炎患者，用1:1随机数字法分为对照组和研究组，每组40例。对照组接受西药治疗，研究组接受茵陈蒿汤治疗，观察两组患者治疗有效率、肝功能指标（PT、ALT、TBIL、AST）、并发症、病死率情况。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为92.50%，高于对照组的77.50%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组肝功能指标均低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组并发症发生率为12.50%，低于对照组的15.00%，但差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。研究组病死率为7.50%，低于对照组的20.00%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 茵陈蒿汤治疗热重于湿型病毒性肝炎，疗效突出，患者肝功能得到更为明显的改善，且安全性高。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To study the clinical effect of Yinchenhao Decoction in the treatment of heat heavier than wet type viral hepatitis.Methods 80 patients with heat heavier than wet type viral hepatitis admitted to our hospital from August 2015 to October 2017 were enrolled.The patients were divided into the control group and the study group by 1:1 random number method,40 cases in each group.The control group received western medicine treatment.The study group received Yinchenhao Decoction.The treatment efficiency,liver function indexes(PT,ALT,TBIL,AST),complications and mortality were observed.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 92.50%, which was higher than 77.50% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The liver function indexes of the study group were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 12.50%,which was lower than that of the control group 15.00%,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The mortality rate of the study group was 7.50%,which was lower than that of the control group 20.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yinchenhao Decoction is effective in treating viral hepatitis with heat heavier than wet type.The liver function of patients is obviously improved,and the safety is high.
