摘要:
为了降低医院高危药品的用药风险，确保给药安全。根据我院实际情况，结合合理用药监测系统，在原有医院信息系统的基础上创建新的数据结构表，在医生站系统程序中进行高危药品的超量预警及控制功能，在护士站系统程序、医嘱处方系统程序中进行高危药品的警示功能。使用高危药品预警控制系统，对控制高危药品的使用起到了显著效果，减少了用药错误率，提高了医务人员对高危药品的认识，有利于保障患者的用药安全。

Abstract：In order to reduce the risk of drug use in hospital high-risk drugs,ensure the safety of patients.According to the actual situation of our hospital,combined with the rational drug monitoring system,create a new data structure table based on the original hospital information system,and carry out the over-warning and control function of high-risk drugs in the doctor station system program.The warning function of high-risk drugs is carried out in the nurse station system program and the doctor's prescription system program.The use of high-risk drug early warning control system has played a significant role in controlling the use of high-risk drugs,reducing the rate of drug use errors,improving the understanding of medical personnel on the use of high-risk drugs,and helping to ensure the safety of patients'.
