摘要:
新冠疫情期间,为有效减少医院门诊区域人员接触机会,提高医院防疫强度,同时提升门诊区域内防疫效率,我院对现有医院信息系统进行优化。本文主要对门诊信息系统提出针对性的升级改造方案,总结就诊流程中关键节点的改造经验,分析系统的应用优势及成效,充分发挥医院信息系统应急响应快、人员成本低及业务办理效率高等优势,最终达到降低医院门诊区域新冠肺炎人群感染风险,提升疫情防控效率,加强患者就医体验的目的。
Abstract:
During the COVID-19 epidemic, in order to effectively reduce the chance of personnel contact in the outpatient area of the hospital, increase the intensity of hospital epidemic prevention, and at the same time improve the efficiency of epidemic prevention in the outpatient area, our hospital optimized the existing hospital information system.This article mainly proposes a targeted upgrade and transformation plan for the outpatient information system, summarizes the transformation experience of key nodes in the medical process, and analyzes the application advantages and effects of the system.Give full play to the advantages of the hospital information system’s rapid emergency response, low personnel costs, and high business processing efficiency, and ultimately achieve the goal of reducing the risk of infection of the COVID-19population in the outpatient area of the hospital, improving the efficiency of epidemic prevention and control, and enhancing patient service experience.
