摘要:
目的 系统评价我国新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情期间公众对该疾病的流行病学认知情况。方法 检索PubMed、Web of Science、EMbase、The Cochrane Library、CNKI、WanFang、VIP、CBM、公共信息发布平台等数据库,并辅以文献追溯方法,收集自2020年1月1日~5月3日国内外公开发表的关于公众对新冠肺炎认知情况的横断面研究,从感染源、传播途径、易感人群、感染症状和信息来源等方面综合分析公众对新冠肺炎的认知情况。结果 共纳入文献19篇,调查总人数76663例。系统评价结果显示,我国公众对新冠肺炎认知情况报道的异质性较大,仅进行定性描述。公众对蝙蝠可能携带这种病毒的知晓率为93.9%~98.18%,患者是COVID-19主要传染源的知晓率为64.78%~84.38%,无症状患者也具有传染性的知晓率为38%~97.73%,飞沫传播的知晓率为96.5%~99.95%,接触传播的知晓率为83.8%~93.87%,发烧的知晓率为93.20%~99.0%,咳嗽的知晓率为95.8%~99.5%;另外,公众关于COVID-19的信息来源于电视占47.3%~83%,来源于微信、微博占88.87%~97.6%。结论 公众对COVID-19的传播途径和易感人群的认知存在较大差异,对COVID-19的感染源、感染症状有较好的认知。在传染病疫情暴发时及时了解公众对疫情的认知以及健康教育需求,有助于提高公众认知水平,有助于及时控制传染病在人群中的传播。
Abstract:
Objective A systematic review of the public’s epidemiological awareness of the disease during the COVID-19 epidemic in my country.Methods English databases: PubMed, Web of Science, EMbase, The Cochrane Library, Chinese databases: CNKI, WanFang, VIP, CBM, public information publishing platform and so on were searched, and literature review was used to collect cross-sectional studies on public perception of COVID-19 published at home and abroad from January 1, 2020 to May 3, 2020. This paper comprehensively analyzes the public cognition of COVID-19 from the aspects of the source of infection, the route of transmission, the susceptible population, the symptoms of infection and the source of information.Results A total of 19 published articles were included, and a total of 76663 people were investigated. The results of systematic review show that the Chinese public’s cognitive report on COVID-19 is heterogeneous, so it is only described qualitatively. The awareness rate that bats may carry the virus is 93.9% to 98.18%. The awareness rate that patients are the main source of infection of COVID-19 is 64.78%-84.38%, and that asymptomatic patients are also contagious is 38%-97.73%. The awareness rate of droplet transmission was 96.5%-99.95%, and that of contact transmission was 83.8%-93.87%. The awareness rates of fever and cough were 93.20%-99.0% and 95.8%-99.5%, respectively. Moreover, the public information about COVID-19 comes from TV 47.3%~83%, from WeChat, Weibo 88.87%~97.6%, respectively.Conclusion There are great differences in public cognition of COVID-19 transmission route and susceptible population, and good cognition of COVID-19 infection source and infection symptom. Timely understanding of the public’s understanding of the epidemic situation and the needs of health education in the outbreak of infectious diseases is helpful to improve the level of public cognition and to control the spread of infectious diseases in the population in time.
