摘要:
目的 观察优质护理干预对关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的效果。方法 选择2016年3月~2017年3月在我院接受关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗的100例膝关节骨性关节炎患者为研究对象，采用便利抽样法分为对照组合观察组，各50例。对照组患者接受常规护理，观察组在此基础上进行优质护理，对比两组患者VAS、AIMS2－SF评分及临床效果。结果 治疗后，观察组VAS评分为（1.50±0.31）分，对照组为（2.99±0.52）分，差异有统计学意义（P=0.000）；观察组AIMS2－SF评分为（93.91±5.23）分，对照组为（70.60±4.88）分，差异有统计学意义（P=0.000）；观察组临床治疗总有效率为94.00%，高于对照组的76.00%，差异有统计学意义（P=0.012）。结论 对于接受关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗的膝关节骨性关节炎患者而言，在治疗期间给予患者全面的优质护理可进一步降低VAS评分，提高患者生活质量及临床疗效。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of high quality nursing intervention on intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods From March 2016 to March 2017,100 patients with knee osteoarthritis who underwent intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate in our hospital were selected as subjects.They were divided into control group observation group by convenient sampling method,50 cases each.The patients in the control group received routine care,and the observation group performed quality nursing on this basis.The VAS,AIMS2-SF scores and clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was(1.50±0.31),and that of the control group was(2.99±0.52),the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).The AIMS2-SF score of the observation group was(93.91±5.23).The control group was(70.60±4.88)points,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000);the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 94.00%,which was higher than that of the control group 76.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.012).Conclusion For patients with knee osteoarthritis treated with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate,comprehensive quality care during the treatment period can further reduce the VAS score and improve the quality of life and clinical efficacy of patients.
