摘要:
目的 探讨运用思维导图在妇科恶性肿瘤术后下肢深静脉血栓防治中的作用。方法 选取2016年1月~2017年7月江南大学附属医院妇科恶性肿瘤手术100患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组，每组50例，对照组采用常规护理；干预组根据护理思维导图进行护理。观察记录两组患者LEDVT的发生率。结果 干预组DVT发生率为0低于对照组的8.00%，差异有统计学意义（Ｐ＜0.05）, 干预组满意率为90.00%，高于常规组的70.00%。差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05) 。干预组术后住院时间短于常规组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 采用思维导图对妇科恶性肿瘤术后患者进行护理干预，能有效降低DVT的发生率，并减轻DVT的发生程度。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the role of mind mapping in the prevention and treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after gynecologic malignant tumor surgery.Methods From January 2016 to July 2017,100 patients with gynecologic malignancies in the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University were selected as the study subjects.The randomized digital table method was divided into intervention group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing.The intervention group was treated according to the nursing mind map.The incidence of LEDVT in both groups was observed and recorded.Results The incidence of DVT in the intervention group(0)was lower than that in the control group(8.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the satisfaction rate of the intervention group(90.00%)was higher than that in the conventional group(70.00%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative hospital stay was shorter in the intervention group than in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of mind mapping for nursing intervention in patients with gynecologic malignant tumors can effectively reduce the incidence of DVT and reduce the incidence of DVT.
