摘要:
目的 评估早产儿不同肠道喂养方式对外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)水平及住院期间变应性疾病发生的影响。方法 比较早产儿三种喂养方式(母乳、早产奶、部分水解配方奶)下外周血嗜酸性粒细胞的区别及变应性疾病的发生率。结果 病例组中存在家族过敏史的比例高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);达全胃肠道喂养时,病例组的EOS-2水平明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);早产奶喂养的外周血EOS-2水平在病例组和对照组中比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 除了受家族过敏史影响,早产儿选择母乳或部分水解配方奶喂养可以降低外周血EOS水平,降低变应性疾病的发生。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effects of different modes of gut feeding on peripheral blood eosinophils(EOS)and the incidence of allergic diseases during hospitalization in preterm infants.Methods To compare the differences of peripheral blood eosinophils and the incidence of allergic diseases in three different feeding modes of premature infants (breast milk,premature milk,partially hydrolyzed formula milk).Results The proportion of family history of allergy in the case group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The level of EOS-2 in the whole gastrointestinal tract feeding group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was statistical significance level of EOS-2 in peripheral blood of preterm milk fed in case group and control group differences(P<0.05).Conclusion In addition to the influence of family history of allergy,premature breast or partially hydrolyzed formula feeding can decrease the level of EOS in peripheral blood,reduce allergic diseases.
