摘要:
目的 探讨不同鼓室图对分泌性中耳炎转归的意义。方法 选取我科2016年1月~12月确诊为分泌性中耳炎100例患者，根据其鼓室图及治疗后的结果进行分析。 结果 不同鼓室图对分泌性中耳炎的治疗有着直接的影响。结论 对于“B”图分泌性中耳炎的患者可以直接进行手术（鼓膜穿刺、切开、置管等）治疗，避免前期用药治疗无效而延误病情；对于病程小于3个月病情较轻的“C”型图分泌性中耳炎患者，可先予药物治疗，当药物治疗效果不佳时尽早进行手术干预（鼓膜穿刺、切开、置管等），以避免出现鼓室粘连、硬化或胆固醇性肉芽肿等中耳并发症。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effects of different tympanometry on the outcome of secretory otitis media.Methods From January to December 2016,select 100 cases of patients diagnosed secretory otitis media in our hospital,analyse according to the tympanogram and treatment.Results Different tympanogram has a direct effect on the treatment of secretory otitis media.Conclusion The patients with secretory otitis media with"B"graph can be treated directly by operation(tympanic membrane puncture,incision,tube insertion,etc.),so as to avoid the delay of the treatment.For patients with"C"type secretory otitis media,whose course of disease is less than 3 months,the patients may be treated with drugs first,and surgical intervention(tympanic membrane puncture,incision,tube insertion,etc.)may be carried out as early as possible when the effect of drug treatment is not good.To avoid tympanic adhesions, sclerosis or cholesterol granuloma and other middle ear complications.
