摘要:
目的 观察高效抗逆转录病毒治疗艾滋病的临床疗效及不良反应。方法 选取2016年1月~12月我院收治的73例艾滋病患者，所有患者均给予HAART治疗，观察患者治疗前后CD4变化、不良反应情况及治疗前后机会性感染情况。结果 HIV患者血浆中CD4+T淋巴细胞数治疗后均明显高于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后并发症发生率：骨髓抑制（10.96%）、肝毒性（9.59%）、末梢神经炎（8.22%）、药疹（5.48%）、脂肪萎缩（1.37%）、消化道症状（1.37%）；治疗1年后机会性感染由68.49%降至16.44%。结论 艾滋病患者采用高效抗逆转录病毒治疗，药物毒副反应少、治疗效果显著，可有效提高患者机体免疫，值得临床推广。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of highly effective antiretroviral therapy for AIDS.Methods From January to December 2016,73 AIDS patients were treated with HAART.The changes of CD4,adverse reactions and opportunistic infection before and after treatment were observed.Results The number of CD4+T lymphocytes in plasma of HIV patients was significantly higher than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications:myelosuppression(10.96%),hepatotoxicity(9.59%),peripheral neuritis(8.22%),drug rash(5.48%),fat atrophy (1.37%),digestive tract symptoms(1.37%);One year after treatment,opportunistic infection decreased from 68.49% to 16.44%. Conclusion High effective antiretrovirus therapy is effective in AIDS patients.It is worth popularizing in clinic because of its low toxicity and remarkable therapeutic effect.
