摘要:
经皮冠状动脉介入术是冠心病的主要治疗方式，但介入术后患者管理也极为重要。延续性护理可有效提高患者出院后依从性，帮助其建立健康的生活行为模式，真正履行冠心病的二级预防措施。本文就近年来PCI术后延续性护理相关研究进行综述，旨在加深对延续性护理理念的理解，有助于将延续性护理更好的应用于临床。
Abstract:
Percutaneous coronary intervention is the main treatment for coronary heart disease, but patient management after intervention is also extremely important. Continuous care can effectively improve the patient's compliance after discharge, help them establish a healthy lifestyle behavior, and truly fulfill the secondary prevention measures of coronary heart disease. This article reviews recent studies on continuous care after PCI in order to deepen the understanding of the concept of continuous care and help to apply continuous care to the clinic.
