摘要:
目的 探讨老年2型糖尿病患者抑郁情绪与生活质量的相关性。方法 选取2016年10月~2017年10月海淀区2家社区机构规范管理的老年2型糖尿病患者280例，采用自评抑郁量表（GDS）、健康调查简表（SF-36）评价患者抑郁情况及生活质量，多因素Logistic回归分析抑郁情绪的影响因素。结果 除BP外，比较重度抑郁、轻度抑郁与正常患者PF、RP、GH、VT、SF、RE、MH、HT比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；正常患者的生活质量评分均高于重度与轻度抑郁患者，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。性别、年龄、学历等与PF、SF、RE等存在相关性（P＜0.05）。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示：学历、体重指数、锻炼、糖尿病并发症及脑卒中为老年2型糖尿病患者产生抑郁心理的相关因素（P＜0.05）。结论 2型糖尿病患者抑郁水平与生活质量密切相关，针对性心理疏导和筛查，从患者整体情况和健康变化趋势出发，切实提高患者生活质量。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To investigate the relationship between depression and quality of life in elderly type 2 diabetic patients. Methods A total of 280 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes who were managed by two community organizations in Haidian District from October 2016 to October 2017 were enrolled. The self-reported depression scale (GDS) and health survey summary (SF-36) were used to evaluate patients' depression. Situation and quality of life, multivariate logistic regression analysis of the influencing factors of depression. Results Except for BP, the differences of PF, RP, GH, VT, SF, RE, MH and HT in patients with severe depression and mild depression were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The quality of life scores of normal patients were higher than those of patients with severe and mild depression,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Gender, age， educational background and etc were correlated with PF, SF， RE and etc (P＜0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that academic qualifications, body mass index, exercise, diabetes complications and stroke were the relevant factors for depression in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes (P＜0.05). Conclusion The level of depression in patients with type 2 diabetes is closely related to the quality of life. Targeted psychological counseling and screening, from the overall situation of patients and health trends, to improve the quality of life of patients.
