摘要:
目的 探讨螺旋CT 3D成像实时辅助CT引导下经皮穿刺活检的应用价值。方法 收集2017年5月~2019年3月我院280例各部位CT引导下经皮穿刺活检患者,于螺旋CT 3D成像技术实时辅助下行经皮穿刺活检,术中对活检针、穿刺部位及毗邻组织关系行3D成像,统计取材成功率。结果 280例患者穿刺活检均获得成功,其中肺165例,椎体45例,肝脏35例,四肢骨骼、盆腔、纵膈35例;3D实时成像术中均较好显示病变、穿刺切割针及病变周围血管、气管关系,及时准确避免血管、气管损伤;取材组织均成型,全部获得病变组织,能够用于病理诊断。结论 螺旋CT 3D成像在CT引导下经皮穿刺活检术中能够清晰显示病变部位,实时、立体、准确、安全的辅助穿刺。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To investigate the value of real-time CT guided percutaneous biopsy guided by spiral CT 3D imaging.Methods From May 2017 to March 2019, 280 patients underwent CT-guided percutaneous biopsy in our hospital. The real-time assisted percutaneous biopsy was performed with spiral CT 3D imaging technique. The biopsy needle, puncture site and adjacent Organizational relationship 3D imaging, statistical success rate. Results The biopsy of 280 patients was successful, including 165 cases of lung, 45 cases of vertebral body, 35 cases of liver, 35 cases of bones, pelvis and mediastinum of limbs. 3D real-time imaging showed better lesions, puncture needles and lesions. Peripheral blood vessels and trachea relationship, timely and accurately avoid blood vessel and tracheal injury; the tissue is formed, all the diseased tissue is obtained, which can be used for pathological diagnosis.Conclusion Spiral CT 3D imaging can clearly show the lesions in the CT-guided percutaneous biopsy, real-time, stereoscopic, accurate and safe assisted puncture.
