摘要:
目的 通过在我院本部门诊西药房中践行品管圈活动，提高处方调配的准确率。方法 2018年3月~2018年9月上海市邮电医院将品管圈模式引入门诊西药房的质量管理工作中，运用PDCA循环方法，以系统培训为基础，严格按照品管圈活动的步骤进行计划、实施、确认与处置，探寻提升门诊调配正确率的方法。结果 通过开展以提高门诊西药房处方调配准确率为主题的品管圈活动，使门诊西药房调配差错率由改善前的56.40%降至45.24%。在此活动之后，圈员的各项能力均得到明显提升，尤其是沟通协调能力、工作积极性、团队和谐度等方面。结论 品管圈活动用于提高门诊西药房处方调配准确率经证明可行，值得在以后的工作中继续开展应用。
Abstract:
Objective To improve the accuracy of prescription dispensing by practicing quality control circle activities in the western pharmacy of our department.Methods From March 2018 to September 2018, Shanghai Post and Telecommunications Hospital introduced the quality control circle model into the quality management of outpatient western pharmacies, using the PDCA cycle method, based on systematic training, and strictly following the steps of the quality control circle activities, implementation, validation and disposal, and explore ways to improve the accuracy of outpatient deployment.Results Through the implementation of the quality control circle activity to improve the prescription accuracy of outpatient western pharmacy, the error rate of outpatient western pharmacy deployment was reduced from 56.40% before improvement to 45.24%. After this activity, the abilities of the circlers have been significantly improved, especially in terms of communication and coordination, work enthusiasm, team harmony and so on.Conclusion The quality control loop activity used to improve the accuracy of prescription dispensing in western pharmacies has proved to be feasible, and it is worthwhile to continue to apply in future work.
